RoKtheReaper.com is BACK! New information and a preview of upcoming articles!

Well, it has been over half a year since “RoKtheReaper.com”, my blog-site for all the things I hold dear to me (Anime, Manga, and Video Games), went down because of a failure in my 5-year-old desktop computer.  During Black Friday I managed to grab this Windows 8 enabled Hewlett Packard computer for a pretty good bargain.  Getting my computer issue out of the way, I am finally back and readily able to do what I love to do the most!

Here in this piece you will hear about some new improvements I want to make to this site, my ambitions and goals, as well as some of the upcoming articles I want to do.  I have a lot of ground to make up for my absence and I plan to hit the ground running!

The reason why I was gone is just as I stated above, my computer finally kicked the bucket and I was forced to sit on the sidelines until I could buy one.  Black Friday offered me the perfect opportunity to get a decent computer at a discounted price.  Despite the fact that I do work a lo of overtime I am heavily burdened financially, so I am unable to go out and make large purchases without a lot of thought.  Black Friday seemed to be as good of a time as it was going to grab a new computer to get all this pent up writing frustrations while I have been gone.

While I was gone I was busy watching more anime, I actually got Crunchyroll and I have found that it is a pretty good service for watching anime.  Besides being busy watching series, I have been playing some video games (As usual), mostly Battlefield 4, TEKKEN Tag Tournament 2 (I also did a review on this), and Ultimate Marvel vs Capcom 3.  I also won the Xbox One Area Tour Killer Instinct Tournament for Dallas, Texas (The first one they held there).  All-in-all, it is pretty much more of the same.

Unfortunately I do not have any idea on what I can add for new features as of yet.  Normally all I am doing is thinking about ways to improve this blog, but from me not even knowing when I was going to get a new computer caused me to put other things above my thoughts on this site and neglect what I can do to upgrade it better.  However, you do have my word that I will continue to try and make innovations to make this blog as easy to navigate and aesthetically pleasing to the eyes as possible in order to maximize your time spent here for the most optimal experience possible.

As far as what articles I plan to have upcoming to this site, I will try to list them here; while some may not make it, I will do my best to deliver to you all of these.  Also, these are done in a random order that is to be determined.

While I will undoubtedly have more to talk about and more articles to share, these are the things that come to my mind at the time of me writing this article.

Let me tell you that it feels GOOD to be back in action after such a long period of time spent away from my blog.  I have to connect with old friends, tell those I have reached out to I have awakened from my slumber, and I have to gain back all the fans and momentum I lost in my downtime…but I’m ready.  

Know that I will do my absolute best to provide you with posts that are meant to inform and give you the information you seek with plenty of examples and reasons to back up my statements, as well as speaking from my heart and giving you the best writings I can possibly do.
